Dear Customers,

    We are sharing bittersweet news today. After 7 years in business, Jake and I have decided to close Night Kitchen. We have loved being your bakers. We love knowing what you order and how often we'll see you. We love knowing what kind of dog you have, how old your kids are, what you do for work and for fun. It has been such a pleasure being part of the community.

    Our last day of operations will be Saturday, April 9th. We will continue to operate 8am-3pm on Thursdays through Sundays up until that day. We will also leave the online ordering site (http://my-site-ralnightkitchen.square.site) open for pick up or curbside until April 9th as well.

    The Pandemic will have a lasting impact on the restaurant industry, as it will on many other parts of the economy. It made us examine our operations more closely, as well as our overall work/life balance. Though Hoffman & Associates offered us space in the new building, we've chosen instead to take some time off before we explore other business models and opportunities. Night Kitchen may be coming to an end, but it won't be the end of the line for us! Stay in touch to hear first what the next project will be.
